Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the No Sheet™ Sherlock Google Sheets add-on ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

No Sheet™ Sherlock is a Google Sheets add-on that provides developer-focused functions for data manipulation, including JSON operations, text processing, encoding/decoding, and other utility functions. The Service processes data within your Google Sheets documents to provide its functionality.

Use of the Service

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes within Google Sheets.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data processed by the Service remains within your Google Sheets environment. We do not store, transmit, or retain your spreadsheet data on external servers. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by No Sheet™ Sherlock and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your data and content processed through the Service. We do not claim ownership of any of your data.

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and continuous Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NO SHEET SHERLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless No Sheet™ Sherlock and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also uninstall the Service at any time through Google Sheets settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which No Sheet™ Sherlock operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and No Sheet™ Sherlock regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
